Delivery
All delivered items will require the recipient to make arrangements to
take delivery of the goods. If no-one is going to be available,
alternative arrangements will have to be given to us at the time the
order is made, i.e. leave parcel with neighbour. You MUST leave a signed form
to instruct the courier to do this. All deliveries require an authorised signature. Postage prices are based for UK mainland only. If you live in areas such as Northern
Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Irelands, Isle of man/White, Channel Islands &
Europe please contact us for a quotation for delivery to your area.
Don’t worry if you have not contacted us ,we will contact you as soon as possible.
In the event of a ‘Damaged Parcel’ if you wish to accept the parcel please mark as ‘Damaged’ on the couriers delivery sheet, or you can return It to us to our office address.
Delivery orders may take 1-3 days delivery depending on stock items. If you order a product which is not in stock, please call us for a delivery date of that item. All our chemical orders are dispatched in double wall boxes to ensure the protection of your goods.
