Payment

We accept most major credit and debit cards except American Express and Diners Club. Your card will not be debited until your order is ready for despatch.

Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event a product is found to be faulty, we are happy to replace or refund it.

Guarantees

All new equipment comes with a minimum one year warranty. During this period you may return the goods provided they are unused and in the original packaging.

Mistakes

In the event of a mistake being made with a customers bill, receipt or payment, we will correct the problem as soon as possible.

Complaints

Our customers are very important to us. We promise to acknowledge all complaints within five days and to resolve the problems as quickly and efficiently as we can. Please email all complaints to sales@autobritedirect.co.uk. We endeavor to resolve all complaints within seven working days.

Law

These terms and conditions are governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
