We’ve got a new addition to the order process: a live tracker!
We know the feeling, you’ve ordered your products and you’re excited for them to arrive… But you’re not sure how long it will take. One of the most asked questions we have is about parcel delivery time frames and what stage an order is at. So, we’ve come up with a solution!
To keep you updated with the status of your order, we’ve created a live tracker that shows each stage of the delivery process. You’ll soon know exactly when your items have left us and are safely on the way to you. Working closely with our distribution partners UPS, we’re letting you see all the major live updates in our tracker. We’ll both have access to update it, so even when your package has left us, you’ll still know exactly what stage to order is at.
Now, when you order from us, you’ll get a link to track the status of your items emailed to you. You can also see the live tracker by logging into your account and accessing the link there. During really busy sales periods, it takes us slightly longer to pack and send orders. A lot of the social media messages and emails we have ask about order status and delivery timeframes.
We want to make sure that during the really busy periods, we have all hands on deck to help package items and get them out for delivery as soon as possible. By allowing you to see the status of your order in real time, we hope this frees up our online customer support to help with order packing and processing.
