It’s finally here! The sale is a time of year we all look forward to – and this year it’s better than ever. Throughout the entire month of October, we’re offering up to 75% off a range of our products. You’re excited, Team AD is excited BUT we wanted to share with you some details about our sale process. 

We’re a family-owned business based in the UK with our own team on site. All orders come through our warehouse and are packaged and sent by our team. The sale is our favourite time of year, but it’s also our busiest. During our sales orders usually go up by around 1000%! To allow for this, we put a lot of measures in place to ensure that we are able to get orders out to our customers as quickly as possible. 

When, What, Where?

This year’s Autobrite Sale will be from the 1st October till the 31st which is a 4-week sale. This is the biggest Autobrite sale ever! It will start at midnight on the 30th September on our website so set your alarm.

The discounts will be up to 75% off across all individual Autobrite and Hellshine products and accessories, in-store and online! This won’t include pressure washers and kits – with these amazing discounts you can save much more on buying the individual products and creating your own ‘kit’.

Our DA-21, DA-12, DA-3 polishers, and DBS Brushes will be available in the sale but will be on backorder for the first week. Please be aware if you are ordering any of these items it is likely to delay your order until we have these products physically in stock. We recommend if you want to receive the rest of your order as soon as possible, place a separate order for the polisher.

Unfortunately, loyalty points can not be redeemed or earned during our sale, we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. However, you can use our online gift cards on any sales purchases.

Extra Team Members

Everyone in the AD team mucks in with packing orders during our sale – from the MD to our office team – but it isn’t enough! To help cope with the extra demand, we recruit an extra workforce to join our warehouse team. Helping out in the packaging and distribution really helps get orders out for delivery quicker. Scaling this quickly with new team members takes a lot of preparation and training, so we recruit early to make sure we’re a well-oiled machine by the time the orders come rushing in!

Extended Hours 

Sometimes 24 hours in a day just isn’t enough! We can’t change that but we do extend our operational hours up to approx 13 hours and implement a shift pattern so we’re always on the ball. With new orders coming in at all times of the night, we need to keep up so we can get your orders out to you as soon as possible. 

COVID

This year, procedures are a little different due to the current COVID circumstances. The team has adapted well to the new ways of working but with ever-changing regulations, we need to be agile. With social distancing measures in place and extra cleaning of equipment, we’ll also be taking time out of our packed packing schedule to ensure the environment we’re working in is safe. 

If you are coming to shop our sales in-store please be aware you will need to wear a face-covering in accordance with government guidelines. We will also be limiting the number of customers in the shop at one time, there is a chance you may need to queue on arrival so please be prepared for all weather conditions.  We appreciate your cooperation with these measures so we can keep everyone safe while you enjoy our amazing discounts!

Dispatch Times

We are a small team at Autobrite Direct, so we, unfortunately, aren’t able to offer next day or express shipping during our sale time. Even with our whole team working round the clock we anticipate orders may take up to 4 weeks to ship. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause but we hope that you will agree our products with such incredible discounts will be worth the wait!

We’re really looking forward to the sale this year! In our 15 years, it’s the biggest we’ve ever had! We know you’re all excited to get your orders too but we’d really appreciate it if you would allow some extra time for your orders to arrive. We estimate that orders may take up to three to four weeks – from checkout to delivery, so please allow this amount of time before you get in touch with us. Rest assured that we’re working as hard as we can to get our products out to you as soon as possible!
