Being a small team, we aren’t able to offer next-day delivery, express shipping or click and collect during sale periods.
Our whole team work round the clock to get your orders packed and sent out to you as soon as they can, but with the volume of orders we anticipate, your order could take up to 4 weeks for us to ship. We know the incredible discounts will be well worth the wait!

If you have been a customer of ours for a long time, you will know our sales are incredibly busy, which means when our website gets flooded with lots of traffic, you may struggle to get onto our site at peak times.
Here are a few tips to get you through our checkout as swiftly as possible:
- Don’t keep refreshing your screen if it’s being slow or not loading. It won’t make it go any faster.
- Before the sale, make sure you know your customer login to the website and get your browser signed in to your account a few days beforehand. If you don’t know your password, use the forgot password function, and it will email the registered email address with your password.
- It’s not essential to place your order the first minute the sale starts. We have a high volume of stock, so if the website is busy, just come back a few hours later.
- Changing your order after the order has been placed will be difficult due to the increased demand on our customer services, so ensure that you are ordering exactly what you need before checking out.
