The Big AD Summer Meet in Association with TEAM HARD!
Get Sunday the 18th of July in your diary AD Addicts because our highly anticipated meet is now just around the corner!
This month we will be hosting our Big Summer Meet at the AD HQ in Stoke-on-Trent!
Having cancelled our 2020 16th Anniversary celebration due to COVID-19, we are happy to finally welcome you all back in typical AD fashion!!
There will be over 50 display vehicles, access to our car care superstore, exclusive discounts, giveaways, hot food, show&shine, competitions, and more…
As well as special TEAM HARD BTCC guests, Jack Goff, Glynn Geddie, Árón Taylor-Smith, BTCC Champion Ashley Sutton, Nicolas Hamilton, and Aiden Moffat, who will all be getting involved in challenges, Live Q&A’s and available for Autographs, and Meet and Greets on the day.

What time does the event start?
The event opens at 10 am and finishes at 4 pm.
Where is the event?

How do I display a vehicle?
Unfortunately, all of our display slots are gone. Keep an eye out on our social channels in case any become available.
What do I need to do If I’m displaying a vehicle on the day?
Arrive at the meet between 8:30-9:00 am with your mirror hanger clearly on display. If you wish to be displayed next to specific vehicles, please arrive together in one party as vehicles will be parked as they arrive.
Where can visitors park?
There will be no parking available on-site due to the number of vehicles set to display. Please leave in good time to find alternative parking locally.
Tickets may be issued for those who park on nearby grass verges and double yellow lines.
Is the meet free to attend?
The meet is completely free to attend! The day will be used as an opportunity to raise some money for Douglas Macmillan through challenges and bucket donations.
Do I need a ticket?
Only those displaying a vehicle will need a pass into the meet.
Can my dog come?
Yes! Your fluffy friends can come! Please keep them on leads and be mindful that the site will be both busy and noisy on the day.
What is the event schedule?
10:00 am: Event opens
10.30 am: Q&A with drivers (3 drivers) 30 minutes
11.00 am: Drivers challenge Heat 1 Scalextric (Drivers from second Q&A)
12:00pm: Lunch
1:00pm: Meet the drivers/autographs/goody bags
2:00 pm: Heat 2 Scalextric (Drivers from first Q&A)
2.30pm: Second driver Q&A (Heat 1 Scalextric group)
3.00pm: Show and Shine competition
3.30pm: Final driver challenge – Wax on Wax off. The winner from Heat 1 vs Heat 2
4:00pm: Close
