Delivery & Returns


Autobrite Direct deliveries to Mainland UK are made using UPS. You will receive tracking information once your order has been processed and collected from our warehouse. All orders are shipped using a next-day service once they have been packed, please take into consideration orders can take 2-4 working days from the date of ordering as they go through the dispatch process,  staff sickness and courier delays may affect next-day delivery and cannot always be guaranteed. Please note Scottish Highlands maybe a higher cost of shipping. If you live in The Republic Ireland or Northern Ireland please note we do have our own Distributer over there with plenty of stockists who can help you with your orders as we do not ship direct to NI or ROI  from our HQ.


You can track your parcel on the UPS website using the tracking number provided, once your order has been shipped. If you have any queries about the status of your parcel once it has left our warehouse, you will need to contact UPS customer services, quoting your tracking number. Free Shipping

Free Shipping is available on orders with a minimum spend of £50 (At selected times throughout the year)

This only applies to retail customers that live in the Mainland UK, it does NOT apply to Trade customers.

Free shipping may not apply to Scottish Highlands.

Extended Shipping Times

Usual dispatch time is 1-2 working days.  During sale periods it can get very busy, all orders placed during a sale will be subject to a 3-4 weeks dispatch time. However, we endeavour to ship all orders as quickly as possible and apologise for any inconvenience.



Unfortunately due to the ever-increasing export restrictions and shipping costs, we have taken the decision not to ship to European countries for the foreseeable future. We will review this situation in a few month’s time. We do have a number of stockists all over Europe where you can buy the Autobrite Direct product range from. Please see the map on our website to find your nearest stockist.
